1. Overview
The Micron Agritech Referral Programme ("Programme") is designed to thank existing customers for introducing new potential customers to Micron Agritech.
2. Eligibility
The Programme is open to existing Micron Agritech customers aged 18 or over. Referrals must be new customers who have not previously purchased from or engaged with Micron Agritech. Employees, agents, or representatives acting in a professional purchasing or advisory capacity (e.g., procurement staff, consultants, veterinarians acting on behalf of clients) may be excluded.
3. How the Programme Works
A referrer submits a referral via the official referral method provided. The referred individual must independently decide whether to engage with Micron Agritech. If the referred individual becomes a paying customer, the referrer will be eligible to receive a reward.
4. Rewards
Eligible referrers may choose one of the following rewards:
- £/€250 Amazon Voucher
- Micron Fluke Kit Upgrade — value up to £/€550
- 1 Month Free Testing — value up to £/€183
- Electronic Centrifuge — value £/€450
- Tickets to London Vet Show or Vet Ireland — value up to £/€299
- £/€250 CPD Voucher
Reward Conditions
- Rewards are given solely as a gesture of thanks for an introduction that leads to a new customer relationship.
- Rewards must be selected from the available list and are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and have no cash alternative.
- Some rewards may be subject to availability and geographic limitations.
- Micron Agritech reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value where necessary.
5. Referral Limits
Micron Agritech may apply limits on the number of referrals or rewards per participant. Self-referrals or referrals within the same organisation may be disqualified.
6. Ethical & Compliance Requirements
Participants must:
- Ensure referrals are made appropriately and in good faith.
- Disclose that a reward may be received when making a referral.
- Not use the Programme to improperly influence any decision-making process.
Referrals must not:
- Target individuals in positions where accepting or acting on such referrals would breach internal policies, contractual obligations, or applicable laws (including the UK Bribery Act 2010 and the Prevention of Corruption Acts 1889–2010).
- Be made in exchange for any agreement, obligation, or expectation of purchase.
7. Disqualification
Micron Agritech reserves the right to:
- Reject referrals that do not meet these terms.
- Withhold rewards where there is suspicion of misuse, unethical conduct, or breach of applicable laws or regulations.
8. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws in the UK and Ireland. Referrers must ensure they have permission to share the contact details of the referred individual.
9. Changes & Termination
Micron Agritech reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England, Wales, and Ireland as applicable.
